Bronze Medallion - must have Bronze Star or 13 years of age
Bronze Cross - must have Bronze Medallion and a First Aid Award Emergency or Higher
National Lifeguard - 15 years of age with Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid (need not be current)
Swim Instructor - 15 years old with Bronze Cross (need not be current)
NL Recertification Must have a NL Pool Award (need not be current)
